In 1985, Toshiba launched the world's first notebook computer T1100, and in 1989 launched the world's first thin and light notebook computer Dynabook J3100. Since then, Toshiba's high-end series Dynabook has officially entered people's lives.

As one of the leading enterprises in the electronic information industry in Qiantang District, Hangzhou, Dynabook Technology (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd., formerly Toshiba Information Equipment (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd., is the only notebook computer design and production base in the world for Toshiba Dynabook brand. Dyna Technology covers an area of 173,000 square meters, currently has 1,500 employees and an annual output value of RMB 6.5 billion.

In this issue of tweets, the editor will take you to understand the specific content of Dynabook Technology joining hands with  AlphaFlow process digitalization platform to promote unified management of process assets, quickly respond to the implementation of new rights and responsibilities, and continuously improve organizational effectiveness.

1. Unified process platform improves management efficiency

Dynabook Technology hopes to introduce a unified process digital management platform through  AlphaFlow to reduce repeated data uploads and manual workload in daily operations management, and comprehensively improve the process automation capabilities of commonly used personalized scenarios such as customs clearance management, asset management, fund management, and seal maintenance.

At the same time, with business processes as the center, the original OA system, IOS customs declaration system, HR system and other different IT systems are fully integrated to break through the information barriers between different departments and IT systems, and finally form a unified application, service, process and portal management. While strengthening the core business management of the group, it improves resource utilization and business response speed. Through this platform, employees of Dynabook Technology only need to log in to the process platform with a unified account to initiate hundreds of processes such as asset purchase, new product registration, free product application, asset carry-out, biotechnology NPI-related processes, etc.

2. Full-process management of customs-cleared products makes procurement more regular and unified

Which users have purchasing and inventory viewing permissions?

How to define and manage the inventory levels of purchased items?

What is the difference between purchasing with orders and purchasing without orders?

If the purchase of raw materials provides sufficient raw materials for Dynabook Technology's daily production, then the purchase of non-raw materials provides it with food and grass to protect its lifeline. In this project, Dynabook Technology has achieved end-to-end process management for the customs clearance of 6 major categories of non-raw materials, including equipment, high-value accessories, low-value accessories, infrastructure materials (trolleys and components), infrastructure materials (infrastructure materials), and consumables, starting from the purchase application, through the supplier's delivery, import and export department customs declaration, warehouse management receipt and warehousing.

Through unified process specifications, unified process standards and process templates, item application departments and personnel can complete the full life cycle management of the procurement process of various items such as seals, belts, filters, signal sensors, etc. on the platform, while the company's management and corresponding warehouse management departments can control both ends, manage the company's asset dynamics firmly within a controllable range, and effectively improve the integrated utilization rate of the company's assets.

3. Process robots realize signature automation

Customs clearance and various operational management processes involve many departments and complex personnel, making management difficult. Dynabook Technology is based on further standardizing the use of electronic signatures and seals in compliance. The system identifies the person handling the process and automatically calls the corresponding signature and seal to improve the security of the information used for the signature and seal. In the process of process approval, one-click signature is automatically performed. The process form will support electronic seals and handwritten signatures of units, departments, and individual employees, making the process approval opinions clearer and more explicit.
