The creation of a unified business process visualization modeling platform for the group based on the Microvast AlphaFlow process platform is a process-driven upgrade of the company's management system from the two dimensions of technical control and engineering elements, in line with the "14th Five-Year Plan" digital planning and in line with the benchmarking of world-class companies.
Through the Microvast AlphaFlow process management platform, China Southern Power Grid will focus on the entire R&D process, visualize and systematically build the group's business architecture, and organically integrate the optimization and upgrading of the management system with the construction of the management architecture. At the same time, a unified process management platform will be built to improve the overall operational efficiency of the enterprise through a unified platform carrier and unified normative standards, and ultimately achieve full life cycle management of the group's process assets, making process assets explicit, standardized, and structured, building a "super engine" for China Southern Power Grid's operation management and efficiently supporting group decision-making.
