All long-term cooperation is based on creating value for customers. In previous benchmark case sharing, the editor introduced to you the cooperation story between Yanmar China, which has cooperated 21 times in 8 years, and Changan Mazda, which has cooperated 8 times in 6 years. Today, we are going to share the cooperation story between a century-old German company and Microvast Technology.

8 years, 7 consecutive cooperations - we are pleased that through value-driven, personalized and sustainable service experience, we have once again won the recognition of ThyssenKrupp Engine Components (China) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: ThyssenKrupp). They will deepen the application of AlphaFlow, improve process automation capabilities, reduce costs and increase efficiency.

ThyssenKrupp in China

ThyssenKrupp Engine Components (China) Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of ThyssenKrupp Group. Many people know that ThyssenKrupp AG was formed by the merger of Thyssen AG and Krupp AG in March 1999.

The founder of the Krupp Empire was Alfred Krupp, whose first commercial contact with China can be traced back to more than 150 years ago. In 1866, the powerful faction headed by Li Hongzhang advocated the use of modern infrastructure and the transformation of the army according to the European model. Against this background, Li Hongzhang had his initial contact with Alfred Krupp. Under the active operation of Li Hongzhang, the first Chinese delegation visited the Krupp Steel Plant in Essen, Germany for the first time on July 27, 1866. After the first contact, the two sides began to implement specific projects. The Beiyang Navy's choice of the "Dingyuan", "Zhenyuan" and "Jiyuan" ship construction contracts also stemmed from the warship keels, armor plates, and main guns, auxiliary guns, ammunition, armor-piercing shells, etc. produced by the factory. They were all produced by the Krupp Arsenal.

To date, China has become the most important strategic investment market for ThyssenKrupp Group outside of Germany. The Group has 27 wholly-owned enterprises, joint ventures and representative offices in China, with about 7,000 employees. Its business in China covers multiple industries such as automobiles, energy, mechanical engineering, chemicals, metallurgy, mining, cement, and aviation materials services, providing diversified products, services and solutions to the Chinese market.

Deepen the construction content

As a world-renowned enterprise, ThyssenKrupp has businesses all over the world and many subsidiaries. For the strategically important Chinese market, the company has naturally proposed a new goal of deepening unified management:

● How to achieve efficient collaboration among departments and comprehensively improve the level of process automation in decision-making through unified planning, unified management, and unified data?

●  How to solve the problem of decentralized process management and realize a flexible, efficient, scientific, compliant and risk-controllable management and control model?

●  How to integrate various business systems through comprehensive process integration to achieve seamless integration across platforms and applications?

Therefore, ThyssenKrupp hopes to introduce a unified process platform to comprehensively enhance process automation capabilities while better supporting the operation of business systems. Microvast AlphaFlow process automation platform just meets this demand.

Build a unified process platform

Through the "zero-code" design and configuration process of the AlphaFlow process automation platform, ThyssenKrupp quickly achieved online operation of hundreds of business processes in 13 major categories, including meeting management, employee training, exit permits, supplier management, customer management, and project management.

At the same time, through refined permission control, centralized display is carried out, and different roles enter different portals. Employees can quickly initiate processes on the platform and obtain various types of information and process operation efficiency data, which effectively promotes the efficient implementation of the business.

Self-configuration, easy application integration

This time, ThyssenKrupp deepened its process application and added out-of-the-box process robots and iPaaS integration platforms. Microvast AlphaBot process robots combined with iPaaS integration platforms can solve cross-system process integration without developing code.

The packaged communication robots, OCR robots, integrated robots, and emails are ready to use out of the box, greatly reducing ThyssenKrupp's online launch cycle and cost issues in cross-system business processes, liberating the productivity of the group's employees, allowing them to devote their time and energy to more valuable work, and obtain timely market feedback from process operation and optimization analysis data, driving business in a cycle and facilitating agile decision-making.
