This week, ClixPilot Technology and AlphaFlow partnered once again to officially sign the Phase II project, further deepening the application of the full-process platform. Building on the successful establishment of a digital process central platform in Phase I, they aim to further develop a company-level EBPA process asset management center, comprehensively upgrading enterprise process management and data value analysis optimization capabilities, injecting new momentum into ClixPilot Technology's intelligent business layout.
Since the first collaboration in October 2024, ClixPilot Technology has developed process management capabilities from the ground up using the AlphaFlow BPMA process management and automation platform. Through the digital process hub, the company has achieved unified modeling, execution, integration, monitoring, and analysis of its business processes.
After the platform officially went live in May 2025, it not only significantly enhanced the efficiency and transparency of internal processes at ClixPilot Technology but also laid a solid foundation for the continuous optimization of business processes. Thanks to its powerful integration capabilities and automation features, the AlphaFlow platform has gained high recognition from ClixPilot Technology, providing strong support for this second-phase collaboration.
The upcoming Phase II project will significantly elevate the cooperation between both parties. The project will focus on creating a company-level EBPA process asset management center, emphasizing the enhancement of BPA business process management and operational capabilities, and deeply integrating BPI process data value optimization capabilities to achieve a strategic leap from process automation to process intelligence. Specifically, the Phase II development will revolve around three core directions:
1. System Construction: By deploying the AlphaFlow EBPA process planning and design platform, structured and standardized management of process assets is achieved. As an intelligent driving solutions provider serving major automotive companies such as FAW-Volkswagen, SAIC Volkswagen, Chery, and Baojun, ZhuoYu Technology will use this to build a solid process foundation to support the rapid expansion of its business, significantly enhancing the visualization and standardization of complex business processes.
2. Practical Application: The project will select core business processes for pilot implementation to ensure the precise application of the AlphaFlow platform's capabilities. By validating and optimizing in real business operations and key scenarios, valuable experience will be accumulated for subsequent full-scale deployment.
3. Data Optimization: Fully leverage the core advantages of the AlphaFlow BPI process mining and analysis platform, using AI-driven capabilities to proactively identify process bottlenecks and optimize resource allocation, achieving intelligent decision-making based on process data. Promote process management to advance from "efficient operation" to "value enhancement."
Regarding this deepened cooperation, both parties' leaders expressed high expectations and clear objectives.The relevant leader from ClixPilot Technology stated: "The process platform built during Phase One of our cooperation has significantly improved business collaboration efficiency.
